We declare fund raising, to prevent cruel animal misusage and protect homeless animals in Belarus (east Europe) and to be able to create shelters for them. Critical situation!
The « Conveyors of death » is a system of catching animals, that spoils mentality
, forms indifference to harm, sufferings and cruelty, develops cynicism at executors that are regularly killing and observing the death agony of their victims.
Considering the danger of homeless dogs and cats by the fact that they can bite, carry and transfer infections and parasites and also the sufferings of those pour creatures (from hunger and thirst, illnesses and infections, they freeze, get under wheels, die in the hands of sadists and juvenile monsters, etc.), we want to support and minimize this terrifying number of homeless animals.
Till now Belarus remains a unique country in Europe, where doesn’t exist any law in the field of animals protection and doesn’t exist any municipal shelter for neglected cats and dogs.
On the contrary, the State’s Office of Public Prosecutor has suggested entering toughening measures on catching homeless animals. They qualified offers to introduce a "regular patrolling“ and "operative reaction“ of animal catching not under applications, but on a budgetary basis “as a refusal of principles of humanism, and unwillingness to follow a civilized way”.
“If the offers will be accepted the “conveyors of death“ will start working on full power“ – the reference says.
All donations will be used for the «Animals Stop Torture Belarus» organization.
